1. We do not sell or share your personal information
HeyAmigo does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out for you to exercise. We publish this notice anyway, because California law requires the disclosure either way, and because you should not have to guess.
2. What we collect and why
The categories of personal information we collect, why we collect them, and who we disclose them to for operational purposes are set out in our Privacy Policy. Disclosures to service providers who process data on our behalf under contract are not sales or sharing under the CCPA.
3. Your other rights
As a California resident you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Request a copy of it in a portable form.
- Request that we delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
4. How to exercise your rights
Email support@heyamigo.co with the request you want to make. We will verify that the request comes from you or an authorised agent before acting on it, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
Verification usually means confirming control of the email address on the account. We will not ask you for more information than we need to verify the request.
