1. Our name and marks
The HeyAmigo name, logo and wordmark, and the design and copy of this site, belong to HeyAmigo. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.
You may refer to HeyAmigo by name in plain text, without alteration, to describe or link to the service. You may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with you, and you may not incorporate them into your own product name, logo or domain.
2. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions and other material you post. By posting it you give us permission to host and display it as needed to operate the marketplace. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you post, including photographs of work you did not perform.
3. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material on HeyAmigo infringes a copyright you own or represent, email support@heyamigo.co with the subject line “Copyright infringement notice” and include:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page URL.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
An incomplete notice may delay our response. Knowingly filing a false notice can carry liability for damages.
4. If your content was removed
If we removed something you posted and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email us at the same address with an explanation, the material affected, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error. We will pass your response to the party who filed the original notice.
5. Repeat infringers
We remove accounts that repeatedly post infringing material.
